Hudson High School hosted the MHSAA Individual District tournament Saturday where the top 4 placing individuals in each weight class advanced to the MHSAA Individual Regional next Saturday in Mendon.

The Panthers would come out of the tournament with 3 advancers. Isaiah Beatty placed 4th at 160 pounds, Brendan Ford placed 2nd at 130 pounds, and the Panthers lone champion was Nathan Rodlund at 140 pounds, who earned a 5-1 decision over Athen’s Rayden Roggow (a two-time all-state wrestler and 3rd place finisher in Division 4 last year).

Next up for Addison is the MHSAA Team Regional, where the Panthers will open up with Union City at 6pm at Hudson High School. The winner of that match will then take on Hudson versus Bronson winner. Come out and support the Panthers as they compete for a regional title and the opportunity to advance to the MHSAA Team State Final at the Wings Event Center in Kalamazoo.
