Going into last night’s meet, it was going to be a fight between Addison, Grass Lake and Manchester. All of us tied for 2nd place. The ladies knew what needed to be done, distances they had to hit, marks they had to beat, girls they had to keep up with. It was certainly a team effort, points in almost every event that contributed to their strong finish. The Addison girls track team finished 3rd place overall in the Cascades Conference, finishing just behind Grass Lake and just ahead of Manchester. A very strong competition from all schools. We walked away medaling in 7 events (top 3 medal) and 17 girls scored. Below are some of the highlights from last night’s Conference meet.
